Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast spread. Good food for dinner also. And a very big spa.

Superb location. Enjoyed walking down to the centre of town although had to puff a little on the way back up. The welcome on our arrival was friendly and helpful. Lovely spacious room and bathroom with attractive furnishings. Great views from the windows. Lots of nice touches. Good bed side lights which are adjustable and you can plug in your phone to recharge. Appreciated the mineral water in the room. Breakfast in the café was extremely good. Anything other than small muesli and fruit salad is huge!

A small, cozy hotel with the basic necessities for an overnight stay. The breakfast was good. However, what made me give a 10 was the staff, who, in our time of need when our car broke down, helped us with additional nights and, for a small extra fee, allowed us to wait in our room even after the check-out time had passed. A heartfelt thank you from us.

My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with stunning views that made mornings unforgettable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist greeted me with a big smile and a genuine friendliness that made me feel instantly at home. She was not only efficient in handling the check-in process but also took the time to share local tips and recommendations, which truly enhanced my experience. I also loved the croissants at breakfast a must have with freshly squeezed orange juice.

The location, quality, and value for money were excellent. The receptionist "Alla" however was outstanding, and made our experience utterly exceptional. She was extremely friendly and welcoming, attentive, and proactively catered for our every need and want. She is an example to her profession, and a great asset to the hotel.

Very clean, cute apartment - perfect for my stay. The contact with the staff was prompt and they were most accommodating - even at 7:00 AM on a holiday.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the Loft. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of this beautiful city, making it easy to explore everything on foot. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Good location, excellent facilities. Comfortable bed and great bathroom.

It’s perfectly located in the centre of town and exceptionally quiet. Easy access on the ground floor, warm in the winter and cool in the summer. The kitchen has everything you need and the bed is comfortable. Small patio at the back is a pleasant outdoor space. It’s just a 10 minute walk downhill from the station.
