The hotel is clean and well-equipped. The only thing is that the elevator design is a bit strange. The hotel reception, restaurant and shared lounge are located on the top floor, and the elevators on all the guest room floors only have a down button to call the elevator. But this does not cause a big problem for living, it just feels very strange ^_^.

The staff were very prompt in changing and upgrading our room because of a bad smell coming out of the drain. The fact that we had access to free teas and coffees 27/7. The staff was very friendly always greeted us politely.

This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, next to the Festival hall we had a concert at. The area is quiet, but the main tourist attractions are reachable by tram or subway, their stops just steps away. The rooms are artsy, spacious and clean with nice views. The breakfast was a little bit on the expensive side but it was so worth it. I loved everything.

Is very nice place and localization. Cosy, spacious room, Delicious breakfast prepared with spacial care of every kind of taste and customer, vegan as well. I arrived late due to transport problems but the reception and restaurant staff could not have been more helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was exceptionel.

The Schlosshotel Kronberg, also a Golf resort and castle hotel, has since 1954 been a luxury hotel of the first order.
