Excellent location, just minutes from the S-Bahn. Room worked well for a long stay. Breakfast was fantastic and we needed all 10 days to try everything. Staff was very helpful, including making arrangements for an odd check in time with our suitcases arriving before we did. I enjoyed the church bells announcing the time. We took some time to strategically plan where to stay. I will not hesitate to stay here again. This was a great, quiet location with easy transportation options for Munich, Starnberg. Many great dining options as well.

At first I was afraid that since it is 10 km far from center of munich it would be boring... On the contrary. Amazing beauty , nature convenient and great opportunities for both inlineskating and cycling :) The hosts are not less then amazing! Generous caring and kind. And as sombody crazy for cleaning - It is remarkebly shining and very very clean.

Sometimes you have a great variety of choices in the breakfast but then they stay the same during your whole visit. In Hotel Amper you have every day here and there small changes, The personnel during breakfast was/is very attentive, like offering a children's chair before a family has even asked for it, Or helping my somewhat disabled sister with carrying her tray. Really friendly and helpful staff. They are a real asset of the hotel,

Easy to reach by S train. Excellent supermarket below the building. Good breakfast. Staff were nice and friendly. Only given one sachet of shampoo/body wash and small soap for our stay. Banged my head on the room safe going to the toilet as the door of it sticks out unless locked.

Breakfast was excellent, and a very wide variety to choose from, The room was large and very comfortable, though it could do with a little bit more lighting. The service at the Check-in-counter was very good. This is my 5th time of Staying at Ampere, and I will always stay there when I am in Munich, Germany.

We were pleased with our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was very good and varied, just like the good old days! Modern and minimalist design of the rooms, but it has everything you need! I was especially pleased to find a grocery store nearby. But the hotel parking lot was full and we had to park on the street. But at this price for the room, it is excellent value for money.

Very clean and nice hotel. Everything is new. I loved the choices at breakfast. The bed and room was comfortable and we didn´t miss anything during the 2 days we stayed there.
