The room was magnificent- clean, comfortable and spacious. Tip marks also for the quietness, no excessive sounds got through. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, right at the start of the hiking path.

It's a place to see and be seen

I had such an amazing time staying at this hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful, they prepared vegan breakfast for me, the room was comfortable and clean in a nice location 20min bus ride away from the lake.

A very laidback, but charming guesthouse near the Alps. Everything works. Super cool playroom and courtyard for kids with lots of games. A sunny terrace. Kitchen where you can make yourself tee or coffee, eggs, sandwiches with the provided ingredients. Very friendly personnel.

The staff was really nice and careful. The location of the Hotel is perfect for walks or hike near the lake (and its surroundings are very beautiful). My room and the hotel in total were very clean and peaceful. On top of that, the breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this Hotel.

Close enough from Kochel train station that we could walk with our large luggages. Patricia was incredibly friendly and helpful in suggesting options for entertainment around the area. The room was very new and clean. Just a very nice country side accommodation with friendly staff. Another plus point was the amazing included breakfast. I'm sure everyone will be spoilt for choice with the options available.

Breakfast room was spacious, the food and drink provided was exceptional. I have stayed in many hotel over my years, with this Breakfast outlay one of the best. Also noted how quickly the staff check over the displayed food and drink to keep it top up. Highly recommend from a satisfied Brit !

The breakfast offers a variety, and it is quite nice. The hotel also provides dinner, which is delicious at a reasonable price. The decoration in the hotel is very vintage-style and charming.

Absolutely Perfect Stay! Everything about this booking was amazing! The house is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and perfectly functional. We couldn't have asked for a better location – it was wonderfully quiet yet spot on for convenience, being close to attractions, restaurants, and grocery stores. The absolute best part, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly kind and caring, which truly made our stay special. We loved every minute and highly recommend this place!
