Accommodation in Neureichenau

An amazing apartment that exceeded our expectations – very spacious, stylish, and luxurious. We loved the excellent amenities, the private infrared sauna directly in the apartment, and the cozy “Kuschelecke”, which perfectly captures the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. Great breakfast with a fun egg cooker, fast internet, and excellent communication made our stay even better.

Very clean, everything you needed, big pool, fast internet

Location was beautiful and quiet. Check in was easy and staff spoke very good English at desk which made things really easy for us. We stayed for the Central European rally and the location for that was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped but you do need your own herbs if your into cooking, and you need washing up liquid, surface cleaner, the little things that are easy to forget about until you need them! The area around the site is nice and quiet, and has views of the stunning scenery everywhere. They ask you to leave the property how you found it, and will inspect it before you leave, I really rated this, it's exactly how it should be done, respect the places you stay, and it means they can keep the cost down!

swimming pool, room with table tennis and table football, nice place for families with children to stay

the house had all the necessary little things that you have at home, from extra bed linen, towels, appliances in the kitchen to small things like pencils and paper, board games, vacuum cleaners, lots of dishes, etc... we lacked nothing and the hosts are extremely kind and welcomed us with small welcome gifts... simply the best accommodation ever

My stay at Haus Spannbauer-Pollmann was wonderful! The location was perfect for hiking, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The apartment is well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel right at home. A highlight was the playing area for children, which added an extra layer of enjoyment for families. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Well refurbished challet. Very friendly owner pair. Well equipped kitchen. Spacey bathroom.

Very nice people, clean and good service. I will come back again. I recomand this place.

The apartment is wonderful! 🏡✨ Everything is newly renovated and very clean 🧼👌. The bathroom is excellent with a great bathtub 🛁✨, and the kitchen is brand new and fully equipped 🍳☕🥗. Located in the attic of the house, it has a special charm 🌟🏠. The balcony is lovely, with a relaxing view 🌅🌳 and plenty of fresh air 🌬️🍃 – perfect for unwinding. Parking is about 50 m away 🚗🅿️, and the house is in a small village surrounded by nature 🌲🌼. Perfect for bike rides into the forest 🚴‍♂️🍃. The nearest city is Passau – a beautiful, cultural little town with the Danube flowing through it 🏰🌊❤️. The hosts are wonderful and kind people 🤗👏. They welcomed us warmly 💐 and were very helpful. We truly felt like friends rather than just guests ❤️🙌. Highly recommended! 🌟✨

Gem in the mountains. Will definitely visit again.

Very quiet and safe area.Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.Sparkling wine in the fridge.

Perfect location, nice house and ground, very kind, friendly host.

Simple and perfect for our stay.

Fantastic host. Fantastic views. Fantastic flat. Excellent in summer or winter (ski lift outside the hotel). The pool is a great size and warm (great Bavarian views too). The room itself has everything - music, large TV, coffee machine, bathroom products, full kitchen equipment. Also I left keys in flat but host made arrangements to sort it out within minutes. Just an awesome visit and will definitely stay again next year.
