Very practical, comfortable room, everything easy

We had a beautiful room with a balcony (which we weren’t expecting) The facilities are excellent and the location is superb The pool and thermal areas are lovely Great breakfast with plenty of choice

It was clean and I loved the balcony and the ocean view. Massage was good.

very neat room with a comfortable room, excellent rainshower and beautiful new Portugese tiles in the bathroom. The owner is very kind and friendly and breakfast (we had poached egg and avocado on toast) was delicious. Whenever we’ll be around again, we’ll definitely stay here again.

A lovely luxurious overnight stay. The very large rooms were furnished well and were spotlessly clean and the bed was also very comfortable. The bathrooms with rain showers were a god send after a hard day walking the SWCP path. The Squires resteraunt served up the best Fish and Chips ever and English breakfast the next morning was just as good. Overall a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend.

Staff Very friendly and nothing to much trouble when ask. Had a lovely room, comfy bed with cooking facilities.

The location and the hospitality

Warm, cosy and well equipped. Slept very well in the comfortable bed. Enjoyed the excellent, hot shower and spacious, well equipped kitchen. Super location - just a few minutes walk to the centre of the village. Great to have designated parking and a charming garden area. Super value for money. Would love to stay here again.

The house was spacious, clean and warm, with a large table that all 14 could fit round. Hot tub was great and warm for when we arrived. Rooms were all really comfortable. Really useful little hall night lights on sensors which ment no lights needed to be on at night. Great outside space for hanging wetsuits, perfect position for parking and walking to the pub.

Well presented, clean and tidy, very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds. Lovely compact secure garden with large decking area. Perfectly located for Braunton, Saunton Sands and Croyde all within a few minutes drive. Would definitely stay here again.

The proximity to the beach and the village. Very well equipped. Shower was great, beds very comfortable and we had everything we needed.

Excellent location and fantastic private property. Plenty of space for two families to come together but have private time and well located for the local pub!
