Fabulous location in the marina and a short stroll from the inner Solent - perfect for watching the docks and cruise liner arrivals and departures

Location for us was perfect going on a cruise and to explore Southampton. The hotel all around is really good and the staff are really friendly and helpful. One thing I have to recommend 100% is the restaurant at the hotel Atlantic Gate. The seafood was just amazing and the service was excellent.

It’s not anything like Iv stayed in before and close to everything in town.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and we had spectacular views, I had a full body hot stone massage performed by Angelica, Angelica was really good, she had amazing massage techniques and had very good customer service skills. Thank you very much, Angelica 😊

Everything I'm happy to return again

All I needed! A bed and a bathroom. Pub 5 minutes walking away. Another 30 seconds to the fast food outlets. The chip shop is good too! Room service!! Bed made and room tidied, didn’t expect that.

I liked the whole hotel and studio room apartment. The Manager Luke was very welcoming. It was a self check in as all the details were sent on the day of check-in. The hotel studio room reception that lead to the studio apartments look so nice. l comment to my friends who l was visiting that it reminding me of a spa. Luc was always available if you needed him,

Very comfortable studio apartment in a quiet area but within walking distance of a variety of shops and take aways. A short drive takes you to lovely Beaulieu, Hythe and the coast. A lovely area. Will definitely be booking again.

For us it was a perfect location next to my families house,everything was new,having just been renovated. Lay out perfect.

Easy check-in, clean space and priced well. Good place to access the New Forest as well as the beach via drive.

Easy to find, great location, spotlessly clean, well laid out stocked studio, bed was super comfortable, close amenities, plenty of off street parking, CCTV throughout the property, had to reach out to property answered immediately great customer service. Very relaxing place to stay at the end of very busy work days, grateful. Thank you. Would definitely rebook & recommend.

The room is small but quaint, nice and clean, perfect as a base when exploring the area. Five minute walk to dibden enclosure, new forest, seen lots of ponies. We then drove 15 mins to Lepe beach. We had great weather. We then went to Beaulieu village, which is stunning, with cattle roaming free.
