The building is an amazing old house. We had a four poster bed! Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice. The staff were lovely. Dinner menu looked great but we were too late arriving to sample it. Would definitely go back.

We loved the location of the Bothy as it was lovely and quiet, all you could hear were the birds and sheep. Although it was out in the 'sticks' it was easy to find the routes with our sat nav and a map - the surroundings at the property were just beautiful with loads of different coloured plants. The property inside was huge, plenty of space for the 10 days we were there.

The hospitality. We arrived 9:30pm. Landlady said she goes at 9 but was kind to show us the way as we got lost. There was chocolate biscuits, milk, butter. Good amount of towels. Very clean. Had all the needs like pots pans, plates, cups etc. Nice and quiet place to go and visit. Well looked after.

We are a family of six and we had a very relaxing stay at the cottage. Beautiful mountain view. Too bad it was too cold otherwise I would love to sit outside for breakfast. Four big bedrooms, huge kitchen and cosy living room. Location wise I think it is good a good base to explore the east side. The beds are good, I slept very well.

Lovely outlook over farmland with the Ochil Hills behind. Very peaceful and relaxing. Thoughtful personal touches and lodge was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Everything had been thought of. Lots of information provided by owners and good communication throughout. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Everything!! The attention to detail was incredible- by far the best accommodation we’ve ever stayed in! From head torches for walking out at night, blankets for the dog, luxury hair and bath products…. Such a well stocked kitchen…. cotton bedding…. Best quality towels in the bathroom…. the list is endless! Quiet location with stunning views of the Ochils! We can’t thank our hosts enough!
