Great little room in a historic pub. Has been renovated, so creature comforts are there (the bathtub was great!), but still holds on to it's history (think slanting floors, wooden beams in the celiing, etc.). Wonderful little country stay for us while we were attending a concert in Wolverhampton.

Spacious, well maintained hotel with amazing customer service team. Enjoyed the health facilities with spa.

The pool and spa facilities were great, the room was large and the beds comfy. We had dinner at the hotel and it was exceptional and breakfast was great too. We liked having a bath in the room. Overall, the stay exceeded our expectations.

The property was absolutely immaculate, modern with a traditional edge. As much as this is a receptionless property, the host was absolutely phenomenal, truly faultless. She assisted me with all of our needs. I'm not one for technology, links and emails, so really weren't all that well versed when it came to this kind of booking system. Sandy, talked me through the whole process, was patient, reassuring and soo very kind.

Ideally situated, 2 min walk to the High Street, 5 mins to Town Hall where we were going to a concert, and the reason we were staying in Dudley on this occasion, some great pubs nearby too, in particular The Court House just a 5 min walk. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean.

Space in the room and the little kitchenette is a very handy bonus! Shower was great and room plenty warm enough thank you :) I struggled to get into the room but a lovely lady who was staying opposite kindly helped, once I got the hang of it it was simple enough to get in and out, just make sure you write down the codes and keep them somewhere safe just in case your phone runs out of battery!

The management were excellent, friendly and very helpful, Loads of space felt very much like a beautiful home with everything you need, Will be staying again soon, Includings TV with netflix , kettle , air fryer, microwave and all new appliances, Sound proof from the busy Dudley town centre.

Beautiful well designed and very clean property, big rooms, big communal areas, plenty of bathrooms for bigger groups, fantastic location - stone throw away from Dudley Priory Hall wedding venue, lots of parking and amazing host who is very helpful and responsive. Our family had a wonderful time.

We could bring our dogs. Everything we needed was there. The bed was comfy and the place was clean. The instructions about the access and keys was kind and excellent.

Key safe on arrival was helpful, but some people may not know what the safe looks like (we have one at home). Lot of late opening stores/restaurants nearby in a car. Request for drying rack and dustpan and brush met extremely quickly.
