Very comfortable large rooms, friendly staff would highly recommend. Breakfast overlooking golf course was excellent and very good value for money.

The location and the size of the property

The location was great. Close to the person I was visiting. Just across the street is the train station, so I was able to go into Southport. The staff were very friendly. Enjoyed a lunch in the restaurant.

The staff were wonderful and very friendly. Also the food, in particular the breakfast was exceptional.

We came through for a family wedding so only used the property for a base. It was perfectly located and we will be back to explore the local area. Information received was exceptional. Thank you

Easy Access, Great parking immediately outside, Great communication from Host. We had a hot water problem during our stay but this was quickly resolved. Would stay again

Great house, with all amenities necessary. The rooms are cosy, the house is well taken care of and the host is very easy to deal with. Fantastic location too.

We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary here and couldn't have asked for more! Hosts were so friendly and we had everything we could have wished for! We loved being a part of the countryside and enjoyed the animals who were adorable!

The place was a lovely property, the hot tub was fantastic and the decor really made you feel like you were in a tree house in a Forrest which was just fabulous. Hosts were great and provided all information and more.

Beautiful property with a very relaxing and peaceful feeling around it. Horses at your back door which, coming from a horse racing background, is just magical. Ducks, sheep, pigs, sat and watched 3 wild rabbits having a carry-on in one of the paddocks one night after the horses had been taken in…no need for a TV here. Truth be told, I didn’t want to leave and I sit here writing this with a smile on my face looking forward to the going back sometime soon.
