Great breakfast and evening meals. Food freshly prepared. The location was peaceful but other travellers very friendly as were all the staff.

All the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The hospitality tray was filled with beverages and snacks along with 2 bottles of water. It was a bonus to have a fan in the room as I like to fall asleep to white noise. The restaurant food was delicious and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. The swimming pool looked inviting but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it, maybe next time we will as we like the hotel so much we've already booked another stay!

From the moment we arrived it was clear this was a very professionally run establishment with high standards. The owners and staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble .The breakfast was fantastic , and the meals in the evening were equally outstanding . The location was central to the major towns and our stay exceeded all expectations.

Excellent well appointed and clean accommodation - no significant criticisms. The dishwasher came in handy. Plenty of space for three people. Minor issues - couldn't find a potato peeler. If you are planning to walk the local footpaths take a machete - unfortunately some of them have become overgrown to the point of non-existence.

Stunning cottage and excellent location. Beautiful and clean and very well equipped. Comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. This cottage has everything you could ask for for a relaxing holiday in the charming town of Pickering. Ideally situated for getting around the lovely countryside. Excellent value for money. Absolutely loved our stay and hopefully will be making a return visit. Thank you.

The property was decorated to a very high standard ,very clean and immaculate. The cottage felt very homely and lovely views from the garden.

Located in the heart of a bustling little town. Extremely friendly welcome. Really comfortable room with two singles had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Great breakfast, too.
