The kindness and hospitality of Harry, Mimin, and their staff and guides are exceptional. We visited during Ramadan and enjoyed learning about the culture and religion. Harry can help you book ferry tickets and rides. We also enjoyed swimming with whale sharks. A unique experience and guides do not chase the whalesharks, which is nice. We liked it so much that we stayed an additional night to visit Bogani Nani Wartabone National Park with guide Fajar. Fajar is great and very knowledgeable. We saw Maleo birds and many beautiful endemic kingfishers. We also had the best satay of the trip in Gorontalo! Only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Hani (dive master) and Pipe (customer service) both speak English and filled three days with quality activities during Togean transit. The diving includes the unmissable whale sharks, can also be snorkled. There's fine coral, smaller wreck shore dives. Comfortable infinity pool chairs during surface intervals. Rooms are basic but an upgrade from most in these parts, oceanside, about 20 minutes from Gorontalo mall and main harbor

Mimin is a wonderful host. She and her sister are kind and helpful and welcoming. I booked a deluxe cottage and thought we would have a view of the rice fields and a sense of being in the country. Instead, our cottage faced the driveway and another building. The air conditioner did work great, which was good because there were a lot of mosquitos which limited our time outside. Breakfast was very basic, as expected. And served at the back of the property, which is where the rice fields are located. The view there was lovely. The property needs some maintenance and the rooms a good cleaning to remove the grime from the woodwork. The place has potential if taken care of.
