Beautiful location with very helpful staff and great food. On arrival we were disappointed that all safaris had been cancelled but the hotel provide other activities including an excellent early morning bird viewing boat trip. We would love to have stayed longer and would strongly recommend the hotel. We would particularly like to thank the naturalists Vishal and Laksmann along with chef Ganguly who was able to ensure my wife’s meals were gluten free and Rupali who was our waitress for several meals.

The location, property and nature was amazing- words don’t do justice.

This 4-star resort sits on the banks of the Kabini River, 24 mi from Sargur. It features an outdoor pool and a hot tub, and is well-located for wildlife watching.

We enjoyed our stay in the Serai with family. The staff were friendly and accommodating and made sure we were always comfortable. Mr.Shekhar who took us on the safari and nature walk was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our coracle and boating experience. Would recommend this place to everyone

Excellent staff, location, food and the works. Really good stay overall. Nestled in nature and perfect for a getaway. Would highly recommend this property. Too bad the safari was shut when i visited else this would be 11/10

We loved Fireflies Kabini. The staff went above and beyond to help us. I have food intolerances and they even made me some special foods :-) Unfortunately, my husband got sick within a day after we arrived, but they were very helpful in being sure he had what he needed. The beds were comfortable and a nice selection of toiletries was provided. They arranged our safaris and a bull cart ride in front of the resort, plus recommended another spot to visit for birdwatching. There was beautiful landscaping, two nice lotus ponds, plentiful birds, and the bonfires at night were nice. The swimming pool looked great, and others seemed to enjoy it, but we chose to just relax in the shelter by it. I enjoyed the birdwatching :-)
