I had a fantastic stay and can highly recommend this apartment. The apartment is easy to reach, recently renovated, and beautifully finished. It is modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need during your stay. I spent a week here and felt at home from the moment I arrived. What I appreciated most was the location. As a kitesurfer, this place is simply perfect. The kite spot is only a three-minute walk away, which makes it incredibly convenient. Being able to leave the apartment and be on the water within minutes is a huge advantage. Another feature I really appreciated was the washing machine. It allows you to travel with less luggage and easily do your laundry during your stay, which is very practical for longer trips. I would also like to thank Laura and her husband Michele. They are truly exceptional hosts: friendly, welcoming, always available, and very quick to respond whenever you have a question or need assistance. Their hospitality made the experience even better. Overall, everything was perfect. The apartment, the location, and the hosts exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I can't wait to go back! See you soon Laura and Michele!

Nuccia and Michele go above and beyond to make guests feel exceptionally welcome, valued, and cared for. They truly make you feel like part of the family. The rooms are comfortable, spacious, with all necessary amenities. There's a gas stove, cutlery and crockery, a washing machine and drying rack (also known as clothes horse). The air conditioning is fully functional and efficient and there's also free WiFi (although we never used that, as there was very good signal with our mobile phones). The absence of a boiler for coffee/tea wasn't a problem, as we used a pot to heat water on the gas stove (pay attention as it boils almost immediately). There was plenty of hot water, so the three of as managed to shower the moment we were back from the beach. Recommended for families with children, but also for child free adults looking for a peaceful environment.

I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Santa Maria. The location is excellent for kite surfers. The whole ambient is amazing. The swimming pool is very nice and refreshing. The restaurant has excellent breakfast and gluten free options (not only sweet options as usual in Italy). Also, I enjoyed my lunches and dinners in the restaurant Santa Maria. The food is fresh and amazing and the portions are quite big. I also tried the massage offer through hotel and it was excellent and very professional. It is also possible to rent bikes from the hotel to go to the nearby beaches or villages. Would definitely come back again!

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen: The house is located in a quiet fenced courtyard. The location to the lagoon and for kitesurfing is top. The inventory is very nice. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks to Ivana, who takes care of the houses.
