Our stay was wonderful. The room had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The kitchen has utensils and tools for cooking and eating. Everything was exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Massimo was very helpful and accommodating for us, we really appreciated the efforts he put into making sure we had a good stay.

Maria and everybody else helped me out when needed. Breakfast is simple but effective. The place was always cleaned by the staff in the shared spaces and their restaurant also has nice food for good prices. I could definitely return here in the future. Grazie mille a tutti!

Comfortable and very clean. In a very calm neighborhood yet two blocks from a good restaurant and several cafes that are opposite the entrance of the park of Capodimonte.

The whole accommodation, including the room and the outside area/ garden available, was amazing! Spotlessly clean and all staff were super friendly and hospitable. The breakfast in the morning was superb and super tasty.

Everything was very good. It was good to rest. The airport is close, but there was no noise :) The jacuzzi in the room was very pleasant :)

Wonderful location if you are looking place for relaxing and enjoying weather. Luxury hotel. All details in the interior with a lot of love and attention. For the value of money I don’t think so that possible get better. Far from Naples but if you have car it’s no problem. We was without car. Used taxi from Naples centre (costed 80eur), but in the hotek we stay 2 days so don’t spend so much. Hotel price is very very good, breakfast are perfect and included and for dinner we went to the hotel restaurant. Restaurant is very good and prices are friendly. In day time we used bar and snacks. If you planning in advance without car just take some extra snacks instead of dinner. Wonderful experience.

The place is clean,well maintained and nicely furnished. Stuffed with basic essentials for your comfortability . It just feels like home away from home indeed. I’ll always lodge there every time I go to that location in Napoli

A genuine great find for a stay in Naples. The Villa is hidden in a quiet street a short walk from the Metro Linea 1 line into the Centre of Naples. Secluded, pretty and with “off road, secure car parking” I was met by the owner who showed me around the Villa and where all the amenities were. It was great to have a kitchen, large fridge etc available whenever I need them. Everything was I had expected as the owner’s daughter, Teresa, had messaged me a few times before I arrived. She was always available, even when I had some questions about the journey through Naples by car. My room was clean, bathroom had lovely soaps, towels etc and the shower was just what I needed after a very hot and full time in Naples. I didn’t realise how tired I was until my head hit the pillow and the sheets and pillows enveloped me in a good nights’ sleep. This local family run venue is well worth a stay. Thank you.
