Perfect location for us. Close to family, grocery store and restaurants. 10 minutes from the beach and more restaurants. The apartment was very nice and comfortable. Outside area was beautiful. The family is friendly and generous. They left a bowl of fresh picked cherries 🍒 💕👍🇮🇹

The staff really make this place extra special- everyone from Marica at Reception, to the ladies in housekeeping, the staff working in the restaurant and the lovely gentleman tending to the gardens. Breakfast is abundant with lots of variety and the rooms are very comfortable and cooled efficiently by interesting building technique. The food at the restaurant is very good - I ate 3 dinners and 1 lunch there and tried many different things (including their wines and fantastic olive oil). Lastly the pool area with amazing views from the Adriatic to the little hamlet of Monteprandone with vineyards and olive trees in so relaxing, it’s hard to drag yourself away from the Agriturismo to do any sightseeing.
Very nice and comfortable apartment for family vacation. Beautiful balcony view to olive garden, large yard, spacious bedroom and living room. quiet location, far from main roads. there are many beautiful places, villages and cities around(car is must have).

The apartment was bright, modern, and spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the balcony offered a lovely view. The location was fantastic—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants—making it easy to explore San Benedetto del Tronto. Communication with the host was quick and friendly, and check-in was smooth and stress-free.
