Nice house & garden, combeniently located close to seaside resorts. No walking distance restaurants but good and cheap food in enarby Conversano. Amita did everything to make us feel at home, including taking care of an abandoned stray baby cat we found in the road.

It was our first place to stay during our trip across Puglia and we liked this place so much that we decided to stay one more night. The owner was very lovely and helpful, she answered all of our questions, give us some advice what to see nearby. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was at the bar close to the apartment. The host Teresa from the outset of our stay was keen to ensure that everything was perfect for us. The villa was clean and spacious, outdoor space excellent especially the pool. A car is needed due to location of the villa but everything you need is in close proximity 15 mins in car. We enjoyed a relaxed 2 week stay here and would not hesitate to recommend the villa

Wow! We have just had the most wonderful stay at Malia Holiday Villa. The villa itself is absolutely stunning and has been designed beautifully inside and out to perfection. Everything was also spotlessly clean. It was the perfect place for us to relax prior to and after a wedding we attended in the area. Teresa and her family were so hospitable throughout our stay and made sure that we always had everything we needed. We are so grateful for their kindness. If you are visiting the area, Malia Holiday Villa is the place to stay!

I can say that we had the best experience ever. The guest are so friendly and their breakfast was one of the best that we have ever had. Every day the owner stops at the market and buy fresh Focaccia, cheese and prosciutto. They gave us a lot of good suggestions also for the wine tasting. The rooms were clean and comfortable. 10/10 experience and would recommend to each and everyone that is staying in town Conversano. Thank you for the amazing holiday! We stayed here for a week. Located in the central areas of lovely Conversano, the accomodation offers a perfect base for exploring the Puglia region. The accommodation is clean and perfectly quiet during the night despite being located on a busy street. The owner was very attentive and hospitable, offering fresh fruits harvested on the family farm. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

The house was beyond our expectations and the hospitality of Frederica too ! The room was beautiful, confortable and well furnished. The pool is beautiful, the garden too. Frederica is so nice, available and she would do anything to better your holidays ! She shared many good adresses and even bring us to a club to dance saturday night ! Also, Converano is a beautiful city with many very good restaurants. It was really a beautiful stay at Villa magnolia.

We spent a wonderful few days in this beautiful building. The accommodation is wonderful and authentic, very cozy and very clean. It was nice to come home after a long day. Free parking is close to the building. The accomodation can be found in the heart of the city, Conversano is amazing. Our host, Maria was very kind and helped us with everything.
