This was one of the best B & B's that we have stayed at. The room size was large enough for a family and we were able to reorganize the beds to accommodate co-sleeping with our children. The small playground in the yard was a god-send for our children and enabled us to rest after travel without worrying about what our kids would get into. The air conditioning starts off seemingly weak, but does cool the room which is so nice to retreat to after a long hot day. The wifi was decent. The couple that ran the B&B were so friendly and accommodating for our family. It was actually a perfect location - close enough to the beach, major highways, and other towns with attractions. It's a 3 minute walk to a shopping mall! Despite that, it was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing. Fresh, homemade pastries, pancakes with nutella and syrup for the kids, fresh fruit, cold cuts and cheese, scrambled eggs and bacon, etc. There were many things that were thoughtfully provided - a small wash tub for washing baithing suits, a communal fridge, a space outside to hang things to dry, etc. They even have an agreement with the Hotel Sole near Marrota to rent a beach Umbrella and 2 beach chairs for a reasonable fee. We are already planning to go back!

The breakfast was exquisite. Antonello and Bruno were superb hosts (even with a language barrier). The house and garden is secure and well maintained. The garden is tranquil and had the right balance of relaxing and entertainment for our two small ones. We were comfortable and well looked after while we stayed here. Air con really helpful for those hot days. Easy access to Fano, local beach access well worth a trip just out of the main Fano stretch. A fridge to cool items was useful. Excellent.

We stay here every time we visit friends in Fano and have returned many times and will continue to do so. The hotel is beautiful, such lovely gardens and courtyard. Also it is very close to Fano and to the motorway but it is so quiet and safe. The staff are always really helpful and kind, which is critical for us because my husband is now registered disabled. They made sure we had a suitable room and where we could park our car right outside the door. The breakfast was delicious with a good choice of hot and cold foods.
