Accommodation in Formia

You can see the hotel is undergoing a great transformation. Lovely rooms, great location and they really work hard to improve everything.

friendly owner, balcony and very nice room

Great atmosphere and location. People were great!

An Absolute Gem – Perfect Location and Amazing Stay! I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough! The location is phenomenal – incredibly close to the beach, just a short, easy walk away. It made enjoying the sea and the beautiful views completely effortless throughout the day. Another huge highlight was the free parking provided by the hotel. Finding hassle-free, complimentary parking in such a prime coastal location is a massive bonus and gave us complete peace of mind during our entire trip. The rooms were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional hospitality. The staff members were welcoming, attentive, and always went the extra mile to make us feel at home. Fantastic value for money and a perfect seaside getaway. We will definitely be returning!

It was great. Personal was friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Atmosphere was perfect. Thank you

The property it’s so close to the beach and it’s so comfortable has a super market so close as well very convenient. The room had a fridge and the view to the mountains it’s amazing. Also our room was cleaned every 2 days and also new towels. They done an amazing job and made our holiday relaxing and warming. Cheek in was quick and it was very helpful that they knew English.

We can’t wait to come back!!

Great accommodation in a great location. The staff were excellent. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

We can absolutely advise this welcoming and comfortable hotel with its great restaurant.

The location was perfect for an early morning train to Rome. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for dinner, an earlier breakfast before we left and changed our room to avoid transferring our luggage up the stairs. The accomodation was clean and well presented. Highly recommended!

Nice room, tastefully decorated, with comfortable bed. Host Lucio and his mother Enza were very helpful. House is on the calm street, with easy street parking. Small common kitchen with coffee machine and free coffee.

Everything was amazing! such a hidden gem, Elisa was the sweetest person even though we don’t speak italian. The house is spectacular, such amazing views, everything so clean and the breakfast is definitely a MUST, best €5 spent on a breakfast!!

The location was great for us. Close to port, and supermarket The place was clean, well equipped with everything we needed. Host was easy to reach, accommodating. eager to help. We absolutely raccomand.

The location was excellent and the views were fabulous.

We absolutely loved the hotel, the location, the architecture and the interior design. It felt like being in an old Italian movie, it was very charming. The room was a good size, we enjoyed having the balcony and terrace with sea view. There are plenty of toiletries provided as well as slippers. The air conditioning worked very well. The room also has a fridge. Furthermore, the food is fantastic. We enjoyed the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very helpful and friendly and always greeted us with a smile. When we asked for extra toilet rolls or an ironing board, we received it within minutes. The hotel itself is beautiful and you can comfortably enjoy the pool and beach which are both very close by. We also parked (for free) on site and never struggled to find a spot, even with several weddings going on! We had a fantastic stay!

Neat and clean and the staff are incredible

Everything was as in pictures. The price (for 4 people) is unbeliebly good. The kitchen is fully equiped, local stores are up to 5 mins walk. Whole apartment was clean and ready. The check-in at a hotel reception went smoothly even we didn't speak the same language :)

A beautiful stay at a wonderful place. The location was great and the breakfast was in a lovely cafe down the road. The cappuccino was amazing and the parking was close by and very secure. The staff were very friendly and informative. Very impressed by the local restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Good communication, close to train station, easy to get in.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is truly beautiful and luxurious, featuring air conditioning in three rooms, and a modern bathroom. The spacious balcony stretches across the entire width of the apartment and opens up to a stunning seaside bay with views in multiple directions. Located on the fourth floor with elevator access, the apartment is centrally situated—perfect for train and bus connections, especially to and from Rome and Naples. In fact, being halfway between Rome and Naples makes it an ideal base for exploring both cities. The service was outstanding. Breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, flexible, and professional—everything we could have hoped for. Highly recommended!

Nothing was to much trouble friendly staff clean rooms with fridge also

Really clean and comfortable. I slept really well

Great service, umbrella and beach beds included, staff were very helpful and polite

Everything was amazing. Our stay, our amazingly kind hosts, the view, the breakfast and a cute little cat that stays in the yard and accompanies you during breakfast.

Fantastic trip and lovely spot by the sea. Staff were great and really family friendly
