Great location and big apartments with beautiful view on the lake both from inside the apartment and from the terrace/ balcony of the apartment. Modern apartment close to the town centre offering a beautiful view of Lago Maggiore. Well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The host, Anna, was helpful and friendly. Would definitely consider going back again.

The apartment was great with beautiful views to the lake. Beds very comfortable. With two bathrooms. Kitchen was perfect. We were 15 min away from the town center on foot after we discovered a walking path, we didnt have to drive with the car. Lots of possibilities of hiking, visiting of the Borromean islands amd nearby towns or valleys, zipline, swimming...overall, great accommodation, away from the busier parts of the lake :).

Exceptional service and breathtaking views

A stunning view, terrace with barbecue, surrounded by nature and silence. We didn’t have to ask for anything, the apartment is well furnished. Smart check-in and checkout. The location is great, close to the cosy Verbania and perfect to reach tracking paths. Due to the seasonal opening we couldn’t try the swimming pool but this is one of the reasons we are definitely coming back.

Breath-taking view and quiet green spaces; privacy and the coziness of feeling at home; extremely clean and comfortable with all the facilities one can conceive and many more! We do not share photos because the pictures in booking about this place are giving exactly what you will live: a fairy-tale :)

The house was clean and well equipped. The view is even better than in the pictures, the lake is so close and there is small but lovely place to swim at 2min walking distance

The breathtaking, incredible view from the apartment is absolutely stunning — waking up to the lake and mountains is a real pleasure. The view alone makes this apartment worth choosing. The location is extremely convenient: bars, restaurants, and cozy cafés are all within walking distance, so you can enjoy evenings without needing a car. At the same time, the area is quiet and peaceful — a perfect balance for a relaxing stay. Another big advantage is the convenient parking just 60 meters from the apartment, which is very comfortable, especially when traveling by car. The apartment itself is new, warm, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Everything is spotless and very well maintained. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether short or long. A special mention goes to the very comfortable mattress and pillows — we slept wonderfully, which is not always easy to find while traveling. The hosts, Evgeniya and Pavel, deserve special thanks. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us great recommendations on what to visit during our short trip around Lake Maggiore, helping us make the most of our time and discover beautiful places. This apartment truly feels like home — comfortable, peaceful, and inviting. It is an ideal place to stay on Lake Maggiore, and we would happily return again. Highly recommended — a solid 10/10!

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with a high standard and a stunning view from two rooms and the terrace! Eugenia and Pavel are beautiful hosts. Although the apartment is right on the street, the high-quality windows ensure nearly complete silence.
