I loved the Europalace Hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming and always very helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We stayed in lake view rooms, and waking up to the stunning view over Lake Maggiore was a big plus. The location is also excellent - just a 3-minute walk to the ferry station , which makes it very easy to explore many beautiful destinations around the lake. Also, the hotel's restaurant "La Cave" really stood out - it was honestly the best place we tried in town, from the service to the dishes. While some of the dishes are on the pricier side, there are also very reasonable options, so you can enjoy excellent food whatever your budget. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay there again.

I titolari e il personale si sono spesi ben oltre il dovuto per risolvere un problema capitato durante il soggiorno e garantirci un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. Esperienza più che positiva che ricordiamo con piacere e gratitudine e che raccomandiamo.

I liked the view , you can see the river from my window plus the early morning fresh air. The room was very clean , I was in a single room. With my 2 hours fight delay the staff was understanding and waited till I arrived 🙌

Lovely apartment close to the lake, the host was great and let us know about the area, big square around the corner with free parking, little balcony to sit out on in an evening and people watch, supermarket 1 minute away to get all your supplies.

Very well equiped kitchen. Appartment in the city center, but quite as windows look at internal yard. Has a washing machine guest can use without extra charge.

The host was really exceptional and cared so that we have everything we need. He responded immediately. The appartment is very nice and cozy with everything we needed. The equipment is new and the appartment is very clean. It is close to the lake and the beach. Shops and restaurants are very close as well. The location is really great and quiet.
