A one-room apartment on the ground floor of a building in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in the hills 2-3 kilometers from Matelica. The place is quite spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bed is comfortable. A slightly larger shower would be nice. The Wi-Fi is good. The host is friendly and helpful. We were also visited by a group of curious cats. Overall, it's a nice place for modest price. Good choice for a few days' stay and a trip to the Grotte di Frasassi, the magnificent caves located just a 20-minute drive away.

We had a very confortable stay in a family-run country home with a lovely surrounding garden. Matteo the host is extremely helpful and friendly, he went out of his way to suggest a number of attractive itinereries and suggestions what to see in the area. The house is well kept, super clean, with daily cleaning service, and has a lot of charm of a family country home. Overall, a great experience thag we can wholeheartedly recommend.

Absolutely incredible hotel. The decor is modern and clean, all little luxuries provided (and a lovely spa), and the owners have thought of everything. Staff could not be more attentive and have excellent communication. We tried the wine produced in their vineyard which was also fantastic.

Very friendly welcome. The owners Marilena and Carlo were fantastic. They both made sure that we were comfortable and taken care of. They were open and proud of their establishment and were interested in where we were from. Ben the hotels main operations assistant was excellent and went out of his way to make sure we were happy and everything was to our standards. The breakfast was 1st class and if you wanted a freash lunch, that could be arranged. Their wine which is available at reception is locally grown on the estate and delicious. Tay and I felt at home and would have loved to have spent several more nights to better explore the beautiful country side and villages near and around the villa. Thank you all for such a fantastic experience and well done. See you again in the future.
