Accommodation in Schenna

We were blown away to be able to use the lift down to the garage to store our motorbikes 10/10. Then there was a lift from the garage for us & our heavy panniers 10/10. The room had a balcony 10/10. We loved our stay.

The road to the hotel excludes bike theft. The hotel itself is in a great location. The price is quite moderate for the region. The restaurant is great.

The hotel is fantastic. The restaurant is outstanding. We booked breakfast and dinner and did not regret. The dinner is gourmet with 5-6 courses every night. The atmosphere in the restaurant is classy. The staff is very nice and friendly. They tried the accommodate and help us, as we travelled with our 4 months old son. The rooms are wooden, cosy and clean. The spa is fantastic with bio sauna, Finish sauna and steam bath.

The property has a fantastic spa, pool, sauna and steam room. The suite we stayed in was phenomenal with its own hot tub overlooking the town and mountains. The hotel is very well located and is a short walk, cycle or drive from many shops and restaurants.

Amazing experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff was very friendly. Good options at breakfast and they could even make cappuccino with plant milk! Didn’t have air conditioning on our room and in the summer is very hot but it was not a huge problem because the sunlight didn’t enter on the room (only on the balcony) during the day so at night could keep the door to the balcony open on the upper part to have ventilation. Good to have different color of towels on the bathroom to my partner and I, and we had a great view from our balcony. Also additional towels to go to the swimming pool. Amazing garden, with beautiful view and different kinds of seats. Good time at the swimming pool and wirlpool, all very clean. Informations about city events and even wether forecast for the week printed on the reception. They also gave us a guide paper for the nearby attractions and events, and the tickets to take bus for free. Very good location for everything, can go to anywhere interesting by walk. Enough parking place for all the cars of the guests.

I liked very much the kindness of the property, the position of the b&b which is very close to the center but ensuring a good privacy either, big swimming pool a whirlpool and a sauna which allows to relax yourself after the daily trekkings. Very good and abundant the breakfast.

We loved our stay at Groeberhof! The position of the house above the valley enables unparalleled views and is very convenient, right next to the bus-stop. We admire the hard work that the family invests in keeping the garden, the orchards, the house itself and we have particularly appreciated delicious breakfast! Lovely atmosphere!

Breakfast was great , had a lot of choices of bread, cake, musli and eggs. room was clean, big and comfortable, location is awesome.

Nice and clean room and a spacious private balcony :) the owner was very friendly and helpful too!
