It’s nice that there’s sand by the sea. The path to the sea goes through pine trees.

Everything was good we can’t fault anything Bathrooms and shower always clean and regularly checked We dined almost every evening at the riva da mare restaurant with fantastic view food and staff Market for lunch food shopping very well equipped and fairly priced Crepe every evening after dinner at the main bar also very nice and lovely helpful girl doing crepes Beach also good not too crowded and all facilities present and in working order Definitely recommend all will use again No mosquitoes in our area at all I really can’t see anything wrong with this resort We rate our stay GREAT Thanks

The only bad thing to this paradise is that there is no air conditioning in the room and it is very hot to sleep at night. Everything else - maximum good!

The grounds were nice and well maintained. Very nice beach and the sea. You can play many various sports. There is norhing at all to do in town and if you are coming out of season, there is nowhere to eat and it is a ghost town. Taxi is very expensive in the area, so best to have a car.

We booked the 2 bedroom king suite with balcony for a week long stay to explore the Ioanian sea side of Puglia. From the start we were welcomed like family by Gabriella and Salvatore. They are the most wonderful hosts. The accommodation was spacious and spotlessly clean. No expense has been spared. It was well serviced and included a wonderful breakfast every morning with slight variations every day. Breakfast was a highlight as we shared many conversations like long lost friends! (with the help of google translator!). The restaurant and beach recommendations were fantastic and they were very attentive in ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible. Ugento itself is small (by comparison to other towns) but has a lovely town Centre with some magnificent buildings and square. Having garage to park the car was also welcome. Highly recommend. The Palazzo is amazing, so beautiful. Sleeping under that painted ceiling was something special!! Beautiful linens and towels, super comfy bed - we had the best sleep ever!! Super quiet yet close to everything. We had room upstairs with balcony too, just fabulous!! Parking in square very close, it was closed for festival the night we were there but we were able to drop off bags and park close by. We had such lovely help from Fabiola on check in, communication was always fast. Coffee and croissant at cafe close by, lovely people and great coffee. A very special place to stay, we loved it!

I had a relaxing stay here, within a gorgeous part of Italy and at an affordable price. The property was quiet and the room was beautifully decorated with Italian features and accents. Marco and Nadia were so welcoming, professional and kind! I look forward to visiting again. Grazie millie 😄

The house is perfectly located for visiting various beaches, Bora Bora being the best of all, or for exploring cultural sites like Lecce and many other beautiful towns in the region. The kindness and warm hospitality of Maria Rita and her mother are unmatched. We were welcomed with an amazing homemade apple cake! Staying in their home felt just like being in our own, it’s incredibly cozy. The cleanliness is outstanding, with spotless bathrooms and super comfortable beds. The area is peaceful, and the air conditioners work perfectly; the house stayed cool despite the intense heat outside. Absolutely nothing to complain about.
