A beautiful, large, spacious and extremely well organised flat, just outside the city centre, but very close to the main railway station. The flat was immaculate, a large kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, hob, big fridge freezer, a comfortable dining area, two large bedrooms and two bathrooms well equipped with all that was needed and more, plenty of bath towels, toiletries, hair drier, and the bonus of having a washing and drying machine should one needs it. The host was exquisite, even offering us some dinner supplies and the option to take us to the supermarket by car, having arrived on a Sunday evening foot from our francigena pilgrimage. A really, truly wonderful stay with an exceptionally wonderful host. We will remember our stay there, thank you.

Beautiful secluded off road authentic location. The room is beautifully designed and the facilities are first grade, whilst everything feels hand made and hand built with great attention to details. The family who run the place are nice, kind warm and devoted people. This place is their life, it's part of who they are and you can feel how important it is to them. And they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable as their guest. There is a restaurant and a bar, where you can enjoy delicious meals, made out of home grown materials, by a gifted chef and accompanied by exquisite wines. And that completely makes up for the seclusion and the lack of a refrigerator in the room (it's not too bad if you forget to stop at a supermarket before you come, you have everything you need already there). The view is AMAZING. Also, The place sits on a few walking trails of diverse length and difficulty, so it's also a great hub to go on various hikes.

We planned to stay at the hotel for two nights, but the war circumstances forced us to stay here for a whole week. Mirko and his family hosted us with love, generosity, and kindness. He gave us the larger Margarita room for no extra charge. We were also able to cook and enjoy family time in all parts of the house. Mirko paid attention to open the jacuzzi for us daily at a temperature suitable for the weather and for our daughter's age (3.5 years old) for no extra charge. I would like to add that he is a skilled cook; he prepared eggs in a special way every day, and dinner was very domestic and delicious. I would like also to mention the remarkable cleannes in the rooms and the garden outside that smells of flowers. We felt like we were at our second home, and we will definitely come back in the future. Thank you Mirko, you have left a beautiful impact on our hearts.
