This was an incredible stay!! The host was incredibly friendly and really made us feel so welcome. The onsen was so lovely and the property has an incredible view. It is on the hill so if you don’t want to walk or don’t have a car be aware it’s a bit of a climb but it’s worth it for the view! The duvets and beds were really comfortable, AC was great and the place was absolutely spotless, very clean. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone and would love to stay here again!

the owner so was cute and kind! although there was a language barrier, we were able to communicate and she gave us tips of things to do and see in atami. she also gave us a wee bag of snacks on departure and walked us up the street to say goodbye. the property was very comfy and we had a lovely stay!

Really nice hotel, having an open onsen was great! Room is comfortable and the free drive back to the station to avoid the climb with the suitcases was very helpful. Will be looking to come again.

One of the best hostels I have ever been to, not only in Japan, but in general. To start with, staff were incredible, hard working and always there to help if needed. Location was perfect, facilities were great, really nice atmosphere, cosy beds and great views from the living room and the roof. I originally booked two nights there, though ended up staying for six. Highly recommended! Really, deserves a 10/10 in my opinion.

The food offered for dinner and breakfast were outstanding. The staff, with their limited English, managed to make the stay exceptional and always went the extra step to make me feel comfortable even though communication from my end was shaky!! The onsens were so relaxing !!At check out, they dropped me.to the station which was absolutely lovely.Best Place! Best People!

Great location next to a ferry and 10 min walk from the beach. Amazing ocean view from the room and restaurant. Good dinner and breakfast. Playroom with table tennis and game machines- nice for families to avoid the heat. The hotel is a bit old, but clean, with a small open air onsen at the roof- overall, excellent value for money for a family holiday.

The hotel is a traditional Japanese vacation hotel with an Onsen ( tattooed people not allowed), the vibe is very Showa, I stayed in the Japanese style superior room and it was beautiful. There’s a shop inside, lots of vending machines, a karaoke room, a beautiful garden, a koi pond in a corridor (!) to the elevators, just a very Japanese experience.
