Accommodation in Chikuni

Very good location, walk distance to Tsugaike ski resort. Shared kitchen to cook something easy for myself. And a big living room to rest. The only-one grocery store in town is around the corner.

Room was sparking clean and roomy! Modern and neat! great location just next to the gondola station.

Food was Delicious, very very clean well run Japanese Lodge. Private Onsen at the end of the day was delightful on the muscles. Staff will help you anyway they can. 👌

It’s clean everywhere. Although they state that only a limited number of amenities are provided in the room, they offer everything we need in the shared place, such as hair dryers, toothbrushes and toothpaste, skincare products, water, tea, coffee, and even noodles, all at no extra charge. The staff are very supportive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return if we plan to visit Hakuba again.

The helpful staff who changed our booking to accommodate a wheelchair user

Everything was wonderful, rooms were nice, hosts were very accomodating and friendly, breakfast was excellent and authentic japanese.... and the hand made stained glass windows in the accomodation are very beautiful.

The staff, the food, the location, the fireplace, everything!!

The hotel is new and very clean and warm:) Breakfast included was great before skiing.

If you are looking for a place to feel yourself welcomed, just book here. Amazing staff, their friendliness is on the highest level 🤗

The staff did an excellent job accommodating us Australian non Japanese speaking tourists. Loved the location!!

big room, good shower, authentic, friendly staff

The staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast and Dinners were amazing. The traditional Japanese accomodation and food were perfect for me. Great facilities to store and dry your ski equipment on site. They even have clown fish in an aquarium in the lobby!

Close to everything, lovely onsen

The staff were fabulous, home cooked food delicious and affordable , it was warm, cosy, clean, sold us our lift tickets and was a very short walk to lifts.

Close proximity to the ski field, bars and town

Cosy apartment near enough to the snod

The receptionist was the kindest we encountered during our trip to Japan—exceptionally helpful and accommodating.

Good size and amenities. Host was great!

Fantastic location, very close to the ski lifts!

Thanks Tor and Jack. Everything are all amazing. Walk 5 min to tsugaike resort. Friendly people, comfor bed, clean space, good kitchen, living room, breakfast and dry room. Have shuttle bus by cheaper price go around all ski resort. Hope come back soon and stay longer.

Amazing. The lodge is spacious and beautiful. Every detail has been well considered. The location is ideal. The ski slope is across the road, there is a charming Cafe downstairs, and an onsen down the street. The host is very hospitable.
