Very big apartment with everything you need, lovely breakfast too

The view from our room was amazing once we were taken to it. It had such a resort/holiday feel. It is in a beautiful location, right across the beach and some beachy shops, i.e. ice cream, lunch spots etc etc. It is also right next to Fukuoka Tower, so it crosses that tourist attraction off of the list. The place has an overall nice vibe and on sunny clear sky days it is perfect to sit back and watch the sun set.

I really liked this hotel, it’s a regular business hotel and that’s more than enough for me. The room was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. The location was perfect, close to Ohori park and the subway that goes both to the city center and the airport.

It exceeded my expectation, if you’re willing to be outside the CBD then this hidden gem is perfect.

Owner was responsive and quick to resolve any issues i had at check in. Very nice and homely property that had everything we needed.

Good quiet location right next to subway and lots of places around to eat. Apartment is just like the pics and very cosy. Owners very responsive and helpful when messaged. I would absolutely recommend this place and would choose it again.

The house was clean, close to the subway and it had a laundry service (it costs a couple hundred yen)
