The hotel guests are expected to check in/check out on their own, using their computer. The staff is always nearby in case we need help. They were willing to keep my suitcase before check-in. Whenever I had some question (before arrival), they answered quickly.

Our daughter was not feeling well when we arrived and needed to lie down. The staff very kindly accommodated us during our check in so she can recuperate. We are so very thankful for their consideration. Staff was attentive and kind. It was greatly appreciated.

Really loved it!!! The host was really nice with positive energy. They also give free tickets to the bath house just next door. Also a towel set and a small kit with shampoo and soap.. the host was really chill and all of this helped me taking bath for the first time in Japanese bath houses. 🥹😊 Totally recommend it 100%. Cannot be more perfect than this!!! Everything else like cleanliness, comfort, facilities everything 10/10 👍 I wish I had more time to spend in such an incredible city in Beppu… well, maybe next time

Location is perfect. Central next to streetcar which is connected with the train station. Close to the bus terminal. And in good neighbourhood for restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged reservations for us that could only be done in Japanese.

The onsens were amazing and the best in the town. Food exceeded my expectations conpletely and were worth the price we paid per night alone.
