The room was very spacious, with a huge shower and super comfortable beds. It was perfectly quiet and dark at night, which made for the best sleep we had in Japan. The host was very helpful and thoughtful. There was free parking right outside which was a great bonus. We highly recommend staying here.

Modern, family-friendly and clean house which had loads of space. We loved nearly everything about this place including the large number of rooms, full-sized kitchen and dining table, 2 toilets, space for storing our suitcases and clothing, and the combined 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer. It is in a great location that is close to the JR train station and lots of restaurants. The host staff were very responsive and helpful.

Amazing property and terrific value for money. The room we stayed was seperate from the main building (a 2’ walk away) had an onsen bath + outdoor onsen areas and was simply stunning. Such a luxurious feel! You’re own private spa. Good location as well - walkable distance from the sights. (Hells of Beppu etc..) Would highly recommend.

Cosy common area , great shared facilities and thoughtful decoration . Brilliant tips on how best to use time in the area ( food and onsen recommendations ) . Convenient location for buses to the onsen and kannawa area. Being able to get to an onsen in the morning and before dinner is an advantage of being in the area.
