The room is very nice, it looks very luxurious, The balcony is nice, I can see a swimming pool from there. The shampoo, conditioner, and the shower soap are from Loccitane which is also very nice. The staff is really nice, everyone welcomed me in a very friendly and polite manner. They are helpful and full of smiles. I like staying there.

There are places that simply offer a place to sleep, and there are places that create lasting memories. The Parisian Macao undoubtedly belongs to the latter. From the very first moments, I felt less like a hotel guest and more like a warmly welcomed visitor. After checking out of The Venetian, I arrived at The Parisian before noon, fully expecting to wait until the official check-in time. Instead, the reception staff demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. Rather than simply storing my luggage, they offered me an early check-in at no additional cost. As I had requested a room on the highest possible floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower, I was informed that it might take a little longer to prepare. The wait was less than 30 minutes, and shortly afterward I was able to enter my room and enjoy a spectacular view that became even more impressive after sunset. The room was impeccably clean, and the service throughout my stay was attentive yet discreet. This is exactly the kind of hospitality I appreciate most—always available when needed, yet never intrusive. Breakfast at Le Buffet deserves special recognition. It was a true culinary journey through different parts of the world. The aroma of freshly baked pastries blended beautifully with the scents of Asian specialties, while the extensive selection ensured that every morning could begin with something new. It is difficult to imagine a better start to the day. I would also like to mention the luggage service. After check-out, the staff kindly stored our luggage for several hours and later delivered it directly to the shuttle bus. It may seem like a small gesture, but true luxury is often found in such thoughtful details. After several wonderful days, I left The Parisian convinced that it is one of those hotels that stays in your memory long after the trip is over—a place full of elegance, comfort, and genuine hospitality. Goodbye, The Parisian. I hope that one day I will once again.

Location is really good in the old part of Macau, close to all the historic sites. The property unique is full of history and character. It had been renovated stylishly. The room I had was in the 5th floor was spacious with high ceiling. I also joined a guided tour of the hotel which is well worth doing.

Fabulous facilities, well designed and meticulously maintained. A really delightful experience for the whole family. The wave pool, swimming pools, lazy river, water slides and children's playground kept my family happy and well entertained. In all respects, the accommodations are spacious and well-maintained. The front desk staff, particularly Emily, were exceptionally welcoming and took a genuine interest in our background. During my stay, I experienced severe foot pain, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The complimentary welcome fruit was a thoughtful and pleasant surprise.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The staff were kind and very helpful with supporting me and my family for our accommodation requests. Our check-in/check-out procedures were smooth, and the staff were great with recommending places to eat and visit. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great sleep! The breakfast was also super excellent!! Thank you for a great stay :)

Customer service was perfect and consistent with all the staff, especially Jennifer at the reception. She was always professional and patient. All the staff were kind. Staying at Holiday Inn Express is good value for our money. We will surely return in the future.
