We were really happy with the hotel, the stuff and the location. Beautiful view outside and outstanding pool. The location is perfect to go to shopping malls and casino halls, the breakfast was nice

From The moment i arrived, The St Regis team welcome me into their Establishment with a warm and professional attitude. This personal touch was felt all thru out The hotel from The front desk all The way to The breakfast team (THE MANOR). I honestly could not find a fault in this hotel.

The location was walking distance to great hikes. There are also many 'hidden' restaurants tucked away from the main road.

Great customer service, traveled here through on my trip to China. Macau in itself is not super touristy, but I did visit Pena Hill and explored. Gym was great and staff was super helpful.

Literally everything! Nicely decorated room, small details of complimentary mini bar and fruits. Quality of kids products like puzzles and coloring books were definitely a plus.

Very good hotel for a reasonable place

I love the hotel restaurant, we go there for breakfast, lunch or dinner . Love their menu. The hotel laundry service was the best, highly recommended.

The staffs were friendly and accommodating. Food is also good and hotel is clean.

Especially the menager mrs.Osumi.she is so kind,helpfull.Mostly all the staffs are good but she is special.

Size and appointment of the room

Everything, this is a fabulous hotel! Staff is outstanding, food is excellent. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. We were there for a week and would have enjoyed staying longer.

The location and the rooms are bigger than I expected.

Location was great! Walking distance to all the sites. Plenty of great food places near by. And the view from our flaw Waa great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was always clean and tidy!
