Not good. The cook was not taking orders for any egg dish. She was only doing pancakes

The room was clean and spacious, and the view in the morning on the active volcano was great.

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The staff is very helpful, especially the receptionist Erika!

Excellent location and service, friendly staff and very clean and nice rooms

The room was very clean (including the air conditioning ducts, I checked), everything was new, It was quiet to sleep, It had a great view of the volcano and the breakfast was healthy and tasty. As a plus, the shopping mall where the hotel is located is beautiful, cheerful, has an ice skating rink and good shops and food. If you have a car, the location is also good for going to both Cholula and Puebla. The only thing they need to improve is that the restaurant space wasn't big enough to accommodate so many people, but I didn't have to wait too much. It's worth It, I recommend It!

The hotel is so beautiful and colourful. The room was spacious and bright, with ensuite bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the inside of the hotel. The common spaces such as the kitchen, living room and terrace are big and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The internet is stable and fast - I could work from my room easily (online classes). There is coffee and water provided.

I think the best part of the hotel is the location. The fact that the hotel is in large parts organized in a US motel style is nice, because it gives the opportunity to leave the car close to the room.
