Accommodation in Mexicali

Renne was awesome at check-in. I remember her from Araiza as well. This new system with climate control made me so uncomfortable. I'm not sure if I'm staying here anymore. I was freezing all night And I can't control the heat or AC. I still give 5 stars because I do like the staff and I like it here but even now I have to go take a shower and I'm cold even before I go get wet in the shower. I know when it's hot here.It's really hot and there's no heat aided.But when it's fifty degrees outside it's cold inside too.

One thing I could definitely bring up is this time for my stay I was very happy to have a TV with an HDMI cord connection. Last time I stayed my rooms TV did not have the HDMI connection. This is important to be able to connect my streaming devices to watch my TV like back at home. Something small but important.

The atmosphere in the hotel was welcoming, relaxed.

Lobby is great, modern and spacious. Room smelled like smoke, but they took care of it immediately. Staff was very helpful and always smiling. 9 out of 10

The facility and rooms are great for what Courtyards are, the menu breakfast is good.

Easy Check-in, fair price and clean room.

The hotel canceled our reservation without any notice. That night, there were four other groups in the same situation, so this is common practice.

Peacefulness and greenery around the place, the location is great and the hotel layout is very enjoyable, I love that there are several places to eat and enjoy walking around.

Breakfast was well prepared, different food each day. It was a proper meal. Location was important as I was having dental work done. 5 min walk. Staff was attentive.
