Accommodation in Flamengos

The room is located on the edge of a big fancy hotel and you look over the gardens of the hotel and the sea in the back. Very nice views and a big balcony! :)

This place is amazing, full of charm. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. There is a big terrasse on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view over the harbour and facing Pico. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect.

The resort is very clean, excellent position, full of services. Breakfast is various and full. The staff is a jewel on the crown: they have great customer care. Lovely place!

The location, the hospitality complex, and the amazing staff - create the peaceful atmosphere and the perfect presence. The room is perfect, comfortable bed, quiet. The breakfast is varied and very tasty. And everything is always with a smile and a wonderful welcome. Highly recommend!!!

The house was clean and comfortable, great for a short stay. The views of Pico were lovely too! Reinaldo was a helpful host, resolving a minor issue quickly and also letting us store our luggage at the property until our flight later in the day. He even took our kids on horse rides around the property.

The view was awesome. The house felt like home. Check in would have been easy had I read my messages but we contacted Ellen, who was very helpful. The property is up a very steep windy road but that is worth the drive when you see the view. We were in The Azores for two weeks in various properties but this was our favourite as we felt it was in the style we would have at home. The view of Pico couldn’t be matched. We only stayed three nights but would have like to stay longer.

Great place! The Swimmingpool was a great plus. The host was really helpful with great tips. The apartment has many small details that makes the staying there so comfortable. From cafe, milk, butter salt, beach towels and much more.

After staying in 2 hotels in Horta town before, this a bit more inland location struck me with its quiet rural atmosphere. Plenty of places to sit in the property's gardens - where the wifi is good !

Well equipped with essentials and all that is needed to enjoy the beautiful space and setting. Fantastic views of Pico and the stars at night. Happy chickens and chirping frogs. It’s a little remote from Horta but that’s the beauty and we hired electric bikes in town for the duration and were able to do the shopping and see the island without hassle. Perfect way to enjoy the opportunity to be away from the fray.

...Anabella and Rui are superb host. House staff Ana ia so charming. My sunrise swim in the salt water pool, so refreshing.

Comfortable, new and very clean accommodation. Nice hosts and a beautiful view from the yard

The owner was very kind. The accommodation was beautiful, it was well-equipped and cozy. Beautiful view on Pico. This was the best accommodation we have ever had. Thank you.

Everything was great during our stay. -The very pleasant room, -the spectacular view, -the breakfast -and our host Cindy

A stunning wee cottage with loads of unexpected extras like a coffee machine, washing machine with powder and the most amazing view

Adrienne & Steve are fantastic hosts. The apartment is tastefully furnished and decorated with great care. The attention to detail and the tranquility make it a perfect place to stay.

We stayed in this newly renovated house and absolutely loved it! Everything is spotlessly clean, fresh, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was very welcoming — he greeted us personally, showed us around, and explained how everything works. The house has a lovely garden where you can relax or hang your laundry. There’s also a small shed where bicycles are stored — perfect if you’re planning to explore the island on two wheels. Inside, the kitchen is very well-equipped, with all the necessary cookware and tableware. The bedrooms are comfortable, with cozy pillows and beds. There are plenty of shelves and wardrobes in each room, as well as convenient bedside tables with drawers. Everything is set up for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is clean and modern, with a good shower and toilet in one unit. There are blinds on the windows that allow you to fully darken the rooms at night. A nice touch! There is also a washing machine with detergent provided — extremely useful after a long day of hiking. While there is no dishwasher, we didn’t mind washing dishes by hand. A drying rack for dishes is available. Other thoughtful amenities include a hairdryer (actually two types), shower gel, and a great outdoor space with a table and a large umbrella that provides shade. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy a meal or just relax.
