To run a rental house is not easy - we know that from our personal experience. There's tons of minimum details you should pay attention to, small things we may get lost on the way and those could be the ones customers would complain. When we arrived at Laie Hawaii Studio, we were so happy and felt so like home we didn't want to leave. Every little aspect of the house was simply perfect from all perspectives. Full kitchen, incredible bathroom and super comfortable room - also with a cute and welcoming yard. They provided us pretty much all things we got on our own house. We had an amazing time and certainly can't wait to get back. Congrats on this adorable and impeccable place :)

Absolutely perfect beachfront getaway! The location is unbeatable — step out the backyard door and you’re right on a "private" beach. There’s a stone-fenced shallow water area where my 7-year-old daughter could safely play with her friend, while I relaxed on a bean bag enjoying the view. The property is extremely well equipped with jacuzzi, tanning bed, surfboards, paddle boards, and plenty of sand toys. You can really feel how much effort the host put into making this vacation home fun, comfortable, and memorable. Inside, the house is just as lovely — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The coral décor adds a perfect beachy vibe. We truly had an amazing stay and would absolutely love to come back!

Nice, rural location. The best sky and full moon in my life. There are some pleasant hiking trails around, beach is not far as well. I highly recommend it if you want to rest after big cities.

We are not city life people. We prefer the rural outskirts of town and beyond. So, I chose to look for a location near Hau’ula, HI for a wedding happening nearby, and breathing space! And, with work obligations throughout the 4th qrtr., I had to wait until two months before the wedding where I could then book our stay. This location popped up with several others on the list. It seemed close to our standards and I didn’t have much time to waste looking. After about a half an hour of looking at four locations, I pulled the trigger. My wife was really surprised I found a place on short notice for the length of our stay. I thought I did a great job. But my wife said I nailed it. She was impressed with my find. It was just like having that first apt. feel with getting out of your parents house to begin YOUR life! Everything you would need to start your own life adventure away from home. Including natural alarm clocks that are not only spot on, but also have their own automatic short timed snooze button! Residential and quiet with having a nice view of the hills behind you and a nice sunrise above the residential neighborhood. Ours was somewhat cloudy, but we had at day where we felt relaxed and mostly the sun was rising above the trees in the neighborhood that day. Plenty of room, spacious bathroom, kitchen amenities well equipped, balcony, and my wife slept deeply she said. Something she has a hard time doing at home. That should tell many, that when your wife is comfortable, its awesome! I do have to add our host were more than hospitable. Our PHX flight connection got delayed three times due to a mechanical issue. We arrived 4 hours later than expected, 9:45pm. Hungry, my wife asked if something was open where we could at least put something in the stomach to try and sleep comfortably. We were given a few options and those surely would have sufficed. But after settling in, in under ten minutes, a knock on the door.

Spacious and clean with great views. Easy walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. Property has super friendly security staff. Tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, pools. Walking distance to the beach. I don’t play golf but it’s right there too. Owners very communicative. Loved it all.

Everything you could need while on holiday in Hawaii (apartment is kitted out with all the essentials and more for the beach - a lot of thought has been put into it). Great access to temple, PCC and Foodland as well as not too far from sunset beach, teds bakery, turtle beach etc. Great shower. Host is friendly and hospitable. Highly recommended 👌

I love the location! It has a really cool beach just in front of the condo and we got to see giant sea turtles on the beach on 2 mornings while we were there! Safe beach for families to swim at also. The unit we stayed at is really nice and clean. It has snuggles and beach towels, mats etc For use as well. The host is really friendly and even gave us some Hawaiian chocolates to enjoy! Great place for a few nights of stay at the North shore area! Strongly recommended 😀

Excellent accommodation, located next to the Polynesian cultural centre, it's an easy drive to North Shore and there are also supermarkets and truck foods in the close proximity. The accommodation is clean, it has a nice pool and gym and the staff is very nice and helpful.

Room was exactly what we needed. clean tidy, accessible to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful. My wife and I enjoyed it so much, that we wished we would have stayed longer, rather than going to Waikiki for the remainder of our trip. Parking was great and spacious. Everything about our stay was exactly what my family wanted. We are already planning our return trip next year, and this time we hope to spend all our time at the Marriot.
