A hotel in a very quiet area in the beautiful city of Sevan with very polite and respectful staff. They paid attention to all my requests and responded positively. The interior of the rooms is very clean and modern and has a wonderful bathroom. It is located near Sevan Lake and you will be at Sevan Lake in 7-8 minutes by car. The air conditioning system in the rooms is very good and there are enough windows. I think it is worth staying and you can enjoy it.

I contacted the owner in advance to arrange a birthday surprise for my wife, and he exceeded all expectations. When we arrived, the apartment was filled with balloons and 'Happy Birthday' lettering — my wife was so surprised and happy! The apartment itself was spotless, neat, and very cozy. Even though the weather was cold, snowy, and windy, we stayed perfectly warm because the heaters and hot water worked excellently. The 'first line' lake view is stunning; we loved watching the Nirok birds (diving ducks) right from the window. To top it off, the owner was a true professional and even drove us to the city center to catch our bus when we checked out. Oh, and the little dog outside was a delightful, friendly bonus! Highly recommended for both the views and the hospitality. Merci for everything once again!!

Sevan city was pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was exactly in the very middle of the city on the main street. The hotel has a brewery, and the beer was delicious. The owner is very nice, and you will be in very good hands with anything you need. The room was great, luxury even. They have a cafe also, so if you need food you don't have to go anywhere else. Would definitely recommend you stay here if staying in Sevan.
