Very cozy, clean and quiet. It has everything you need for a nice stay in Sarajevo. There was coffee and tea available, the room was very clean and quiet and with a big WC. There was also a water heater and cutlery. The gps brought us to the back of the building where some storage houses - mind to look for the property in the parallel road. There was also a private parking space for our motorcycle. The staff was excellent and helpful and very kind and smiley. We had a great time!! Thank you.

Our stay at Hotel Aziza in Sarajevo was truly memorable and exceeded our expectations in many ways. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, who were consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made us feel comfortable and at home, and they were always ready to assist with directions, transport advice, or any requests we had. The room was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Housekeeping standards were clearly high, and returning to a spotless room after a day of exploring the city was always a pleasure. The bed was comfortable, the room temperature was just right, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay was provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. The selection was impressive, with a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. What we particularly appreciated was that the menu changed daily, so breakfast never felt repetitive. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start each day before heading out to explore Sarajevo. Parking was also convenient, with spaces available right in front of the hotel. While the number of parking spots is limited, we found it manageable and appreciated the ease of access, especially for those traveling by car. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. It is within walking distance to Baščaršija, Sarajevo’s charming old town, making it easy to explore historic sites, shops, and restaurants on foot. However, it’s worth noting that the walk back to the hotel is entirely uphill, which may not be easy for everyone. That said, taxis are plentiful and affordable, and bus options are also readily available, so getting back to the hotel is never a problem. A particularly special aspect of our stay was the hotel’s proximity to a nearby mosque.
