Staff are amazing. Shout out to Victoria who was so helpful and kind as we were bumped off a flight to London. Their comms are amazing, so helpful and couldn't be more accommodating. So much so we continued to stay while waiting for a flight out. Location is awesome. Hydra bar is really lovely.

An indoor swimming pool, hot tub and a fitness centre are featured at this Vancouver city centre hotel. A tablet computer and free WiFi are offered in each guest room. Canada Place is 1.5 km away. The stand-out aspect of this hotel for us was the quality of the staff. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful at all points throughout our stay (from having complementary apples in the lobby, to helping with luggage to and from the room/taxi, to also bringing us the amenities we requested directly to our room, to getting us new rental bikes when we discovered a problem with one of them), and were available to help at any hour of the day. They were also able to safely store our luggage for over a day when we took a day trip to Victoria before returning to stay one more night. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice coffee machine (and pods) included. The view from the room was also quite nice, and there were plenty of facilities available (pool, sauna, hot tub) for those wanting to spend more time at the hotel and relax. For the affordable price, the hospitality and slight feeling of luxury provided completely exceeded my expectations.

We’ve got an upgrade to a room with a breathtaking view and a sweet surprise with a card. The room was very clean, big and comfortable. We also tried the Big Beach Lounge and the food there was exceptional good and Libby our waitress there was such a friendly and lovely person. Thanks to the awesome staff for making our stay in your resort so special.

Featuring historic décor, this adult-only Victoria accommodation was originally built in 1930. A gourmet breakfast is served each morning. Free WiFi is available in all rooms. Charming, clean, well maintained, exceptional beds and linens! Breakfast choices each day were outstanding! Friendly and helpful staff. Location is great!

Offering a heated outdoor lap pool and hot tub, L'Hermitage Hotel includes rooms with a flat-screen TV. Vancouver City Centre SkyTrain is 300 m away. Excellent staff who all went out of their ways to attend to all our requests and beyond. We were offered tea coffee and use of bathroom facilities on early arrival and again until 10pm when we had to wait for our 2am flight. The food at the restaurant was very good and the restaurant manager was courteous and super attentive which made the meal that much more enjoyable. We loved the swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The hotel is centrally located but very quiet and cosy.

The Oswego Hotel is located on a quiet street a few minutes walk from Victoria’s parliament buildings and historic harbour. Staff were amazing, everything was so comfortable and easy. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.
