It was clean, modern, and very quiet. I was a late check-in, and reception was easy. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice. While it is about 20 minutes outside Matane, it is worth the distance. I have stayed at multiple spots in town while traveling, and most are outdated and loud road noise. Motel M is in a small town and exceptionally quiet with modern appeal.

Auberge Sous les Arbres offers accommodation in the Gaspé city centre. A daily to-go breakfast is available and guests can enjoy an espresso coffee machine. Free WiFi is available. This hotel was absolutely stunning. Well appointed rooms with a beautiful view of the bay. Everything was spotlessly clean and of the highest quality. The staff was fabulous. The breakfast was delicious. I have stayed at all of the hotels in Gaspé over the past 3 years and this is, by far, the nicest hotel.

It was extremely well equipped with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed having breakfast on the deck, looking out over the sea, an amazing view! Facilities were clean and well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for hiking in Forillon National Park and was convenient for shopping and dining in the town of Gaspe.. We would definitely recommend this place as a quiet getaway!
