The absolute highlight, however, was the location and the unforgettable view of the lake and the surrounding hills! Simply breathtaking, and I will definitely come back, whether alone or with friends. It was a fantastic stay with a wonderful feeling all around. The reception staff are simply outstanding! Hotelul foarte aproape de statia de autobuz,iar biletele erau fate gratis de la hotel.Micul dejun se servea intr o atmosferă placuta si mancarea proaspata, destul de variata.Tot personalul foarte amabil. Ne am simtit foarte bine.

One day ,when we returned to the hotel, it was a little past the order time. The hotel staff still provided us with dinner for the guests. Thank you very much.

Number of nights - 1 Room type - Queen Room Pros: 1. Room - the room is clean however is very small. It has all the amenities you require, however if you have 2 suitcases, it difficult to open it :) 2. Bathroom - clean and spacious 3. Staff - very friendly. The staff invited us for free drinks at bar in the evening. 4. Location - excellent. It is central and right on the water. You can enjoy your meals at the balcony and enjoy the views. 5. Breakfast - it was fresh and tasty. 6. Value for money - a bit at the expensive side but it is due to quality and location.

Special thanks to the owner Gery , he is very responsive and kind, helped me solve one problem with the SIM card. If I am in Lucerne, I will definitely stay here again

Very spacious and clean, close to the train station (walkable even with luggages as flat route), kitchen is great for cooking, leaving the windows open provided lots of ventilation to keep the place cool, not noisy despite being right in town
