It is my go-to place when I am here. The hotel is ideally situated close to Bahnhofstrasse and Paradaplatz square, and it is also within walking distance of both the lake and the train station. The staff is terrific. Very friendly and accommodating. They all made me feel like I have a home away from home.

They even had a small beautiful surprise for us (birthday card, balloons,toblerone chocolate), because we traveled to Zurich for the 50th birthday of my husband. It was very clean. A large variety of foods in the breakfast buffet. Next to the old city. The photos that was on booking reservation were exactly the same as the reality, so everything fitted to our expectations.

It's newly renovated apartments. Location is great, very short walk to Banoffstrasse. Room is nice and clean, spacious bathroom. Kitchen is well equipped. We were allowed for 2 hrs late check-out and that was very helpful. Thank you! Customer service is fast and reliable. Down to the housekeepers, they are nice and friendly. Keep up the good work. We will be back!

We stayed in the attic apartment of a 7-unit house and loved the cozy, well-designed space — it truly felt like a home. The apartment was fully equipped and very comfortable for our family. Public transport was excellent, with bus 302 taking us easily to the nearby train station.
