I chose it mainly because it was pet-friendly, and we traveled with our cat who turned out to be their first feline guest. The staff was really helpful, and accommodated all our requests, even helped me order a surprise birthday cake for my husband. The customer service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure that our needs were met. It really made me feel welcome throughout my stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It offered a wide variety of options, and everything was fresh and delicious. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place with excellent service. I will definitely be returning!

Excellent apartment, very clean and lots of spaces. The owners have carefully planned and had all the items that a family needs. I didn't meet anyone in person but the check-in and check out was smooth and we had lots of privacy. It was as if we were the only family living there. Parking is good, instructions from the owner are quite clear. My kids and family enjoyed the stay thoroughly. If we are here again we will not look at any other apartment.

Central located in Bad Schandau with easy access to Tram, busses and ferries which is free of charge with the "Gästkarte". Very friendly and helpfull host. We are coming back for sure!
