Lovely friendly hostel with a stunning view of the Nile. Great location in the centre of the corniche, just across the road from KFC (where a lot of the boat tours depart from). Biba, the host, was incredibly friendly and booked several tours for us. Also a great place to meet fellow travellers.

במקום האירוח Nubian Soul Guest Houses שבאסואן יש גינה, טרקלין משותף, טרסה ובר. מקום האירוח נמצא במרחק של כ-23 ק''מ ממאוזולאום אגה חאן, במרחק של 700 מ' מהמוזיאון הנובי ו-3.7 ק''מ מKitchener's Island. This guest house was clean and well located close to the ferry terminal. The place was a bit more expensive than other options but had a modern shower, reliable wifi, and a peaceful rooftop - which were all important to me. Homemade breakfast was simple and the cook even packed sandwich for my very early tour. Mahmoud was super nice and chill, showing a sunset spot and nearby attractions in this lovely nubian village. They had their tour connections, which I didn’t get to use it as I prefer independent travel but could be convenient for those who want tours to explore Aswan. Overall, great nubian experience. Just make sure you take ferry from ‘South’ terminal. Otherwise you will have to walk long in unpaved dirt road.

They made sure that we had everything we needed and had transport to and from the airport and train station. The location on the island was amazing and only a short boat ride away from the mainland. The rooms were super nice. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Aswan!

A lovely place at the edge of the Nubian village. An oasis of calm after hectic Cairo. Could not recommend enough. Lovely comfortable room with ac. Gorgeous area upstairs to eat/hang out.
