Room was sparkling clean, had a really modern and spacious bathroom and a great shower. Generally a very modern experience with everything from controlling the AC or buttons for room cleaning/do not disturb. Even if we slept in and got out of the room quite late in the day it was clean when we came back all of the days we stayed here. Last but not least the location was absolutely perfect for exploring Madrid. One minute walk and you're in the middle of the busy main street Gran Via. It's really unbelievable how great value for the money it is considering the location and the high standard of the rooms. Can't recommend this enough! Thank you for a great stay, Woohoo!

The location was excellent, very close to Cuatro Caminos, with great restaurants within just "spit range", I would say almost literally. The attention of our host, Gonzalo, was always timely and supportive. The room is new, very clean and comfortable, with AC and fan, TV, and there is a large isle as a kitchen, shared across all rooms including all appliances.
