An idyllic rural retreat very close to Brantome. The communal areas are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was very generous and delicious. The bed is extremely comfortable. Most memorable about our stay was Anne and her mother Clo. They went so far out of their way to rescue us when our car broke down and did not rest until they had done everything possible to ensure our vehicles recovery and repair. We will be eternally grateful for that support from our guardian angels. We look to returning again soon. Extremely good value for money.

He was genuinely concerned about our comfort and made every effort to make us feel at home. The terrace over looks a beautiful garden. The accommodation is close to the historic center and river walk. Celeste’s Boulanger is right around for delicious fresh baked goods in the morning.

I loved the views of the vineyard of Monbaillzac, and the size of the rooms. We also lived the private garden and jacuzzi! The restaurant was stunning and I loved the experience and service. The staff was very professional at both the hotel and restaurant. I will come back again!
