The availability of a complimentary shuttle service was a huge plus, making it incredibly convenient to explore the area. ## Outstanding Staff The staff at ONAYA Resort were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to meet our needs with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our stay. Overall, I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for relaxation and top-notch service. It’s a perfect getaway!

The place is incredibly charming and beautifully designed, with a stylish interior and lots of small details that create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. My room was absolutely amazing-everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and polite, always ready to help with a smile. I especially loved the abundance of flowers throughout the hotel and the pool area, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I felt very comfortable and relaxed here. Highly recommend!

The owner cooks a free breakfast and a different local treat in the evening every day, the kitchen is large and well equipped, you can help yourself to tea & coffee anytime, the fridge is stacked with cheap beer, the rooms are air conditioned, the lounge is huge and great for meeting people, and it's ideally located halfway between the quiet of the Bukit peninsula beaches and the busy hot-spots in Kuta and Canggu.

Special thanks must go to Yudianti, the lady in red, whose radiant energy and smile added warmth to our days, and to Fatima, the front desk manager, who stepped in with grace and efficiency to resolve our room concerns, ensuring our comfort throughout the stay.

Set in Uluwatu, Renaissance Bali Uluwatu Resort & Spa offers 5-star accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Everything was exceptional starting from the staff who welcomed us and made sure that our stay was perfect and prepared us a nice gesture when they found out that it's our honeymoon to the room, which was amazing, spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet was out of this world, and the hotel's facilties was extraordinary. I need to reiterate how exceptional the staff was and how they made our stay extremely memorable.
