The place is very private and quiet with gorgeous view at the sea, ideal to relax and enjoy lazy holiday atmosphere. It is within walking distance to a nearby village where you can enjoy a bit of local life. The cuisine at the resort is just great, and the staff is able to reflect one´s dietary needs and requirements + they serve the best coffee on Sumatra and fresh coconuts everyday. The bungalows have big beds with the best mattress ever and hot water. The owners as well as the staff were extremely helpfull with everything and very flexibly and kindly reacted to the change in our schedule caused by flight delay. They arranged for us the transport on the island as well as in Banda Aceh - Irrfan, the driver in Banda Aceh not only got us everywhere we needed when the schedule was tight, but also proved to be a great local guide who showed us all places of cultural and culinary interest in banda Aceh.

The Bungalow was surrounded with beautiful trees and very close to the pier where I enjoyed my morning swim. The Bungalow has everything you need: hammock, sitting area, moskito-net, even a kettle and plenty of water. It's clean, comfy and you can listen to the sounds of nature. Santi, Martin and Robi had a lot of knowledge and they are happy to help you to make you stay as enjoyable as possible. I will come back for sure - it was such a Paradise 10/10. Terima kasih banyak!

Borja and YunYun are very accomodating. Services like scooter rental and laundry are offered. There is also a dog (give him some nice scratches to become friends). The bungalows were also very nice.

The area is peaceful, and the host is very kind. However, this is just basic accommodation. no hot shower and no breakfast provided. The view, though, is priceless. Please consider staying here if you’re looking for peace and tranquility, but if you prefer luxury, opt for a 5-star hotel instead.

The place is in a very quiet and peaceful location, so it's good to rent a scoter to explore the island (you can get a good one there for fair price). The bungalows are basic, but clean and good value for the price. Each has a terrace with great view and a mosquito net (there's not many mosquitos anyway because it's located on a hill). The hosts are very welcoming and ready to help you with whatever you need, also communication in English is easy.

UKCC Hotel se găsește în localitatea Kota Bawah Timur din regiunea Pulau Weh și include un balcon și vedere la mare. The staff are so friendly and kind and made me feel at home and part of their family. I will never forget them. The rooms are spacious and the views are stunning. It is possible to swim and snorkel from the small beach.

The Hawks's Nest Resort First of all I just want to review the place as if it was any other place. The room was really nice, very spacious and with a nice couch and coffee table where our family could sit and relax, the view from either bed or the couch was amazing with the ocean and the very well maintained and beautiful jungle flora in between. It was clean and honestly one of, if not the best place my family and I have ever stayed in South East Asia. Would recommend anyone to go here. Now I want to review the people who made this the best experience we've ever had hands down. The staff was so incredible pleasant and friendly to be around. We had the greatest days here and they made us feel like family. The guys and girls that worked in the restaurant and grounds all had an amazing way of making us feel at home. It was layed back but in a very polite and natural way. It seemed very clear to us that the people working there enjoyed what they were doing and also each others and the guests company. The manager Llya was so nice to be around and she made sure that we had the best possible stay ever. We can never really repay her for her outstanding service and friendly, inviting way of being. Thank you so much for everything Hawk's Nest we hope people will enjoy their stay at least half as much as we did, but really we know they will. Best regards from Denmark 🇩🇰

Small apartment with private bathroom and western shower. Balcony with Sea view. Only 10 meters to the Ocean (private beach). Free drinking water and hot water. It’s possible to buy coffee and small goods at the hostel. The owner is very kind. Bed is big and comfortable. Fan is enough to keep the room cool with open windows.
