A special mention to Kami, who was honestly a highlight of our stay. She has this amazing artistic spirit—she showed us her artwork, shared stories, and brought a spark of creativity into the space that made the whole experience even richer. Her presence adds a unique charm to Urban Loft, and anyone who meets her will understand what I mean. Very good quality for the price as well, and stunning views from the rooftop! It is less than 5 minutes away from cafes, shops, etc. Pooja helped us on everything, taxi, local tips and a beautiful smile. We really recommend this place :)

Mr. Bharat and Ms. Sonali were more than kind to help us with special arrangement for our 4 year old daughter. The GM Mr. Mark came out to personally help us and provided us with the best room possible so that we did not had to walk a lot with our baby and her stroller.
