The view is amazing, you can see the main church thru the balcony especially at night. We had a short stay but a memorable one.

Communication with Dzina was effective and efficient with all details as per the website. Even though it’s located on a main road, the room was surprisingly quiet and I didn’t hear any traffic at all. Access to both the room and the Sassi was very easy, which made exploring the city simple and enjoyable. The small kitchenette was a real bonus — perfect for heating up food and making hot drinks whenever I needed. The complimentary Italian breakfast offered both mornings at the café just across the road was a bonus. A lovely touch that added to the overall convenience of the stay. Overall, a comfortable and well‑located place that made my time in Matera even better.

The location is right next to the old town with the best view. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is comfortable and clean. They provided breakfast with the coffee shop just in the corner, the coffee and croissants were delicious.

Beautiful location with clean and comfortable rooms. About 15 minutes from Matera so if you want to visit the "Sassi" and not deal with the crowds and noise, definitely suggest staying here. We did not try the restaurant but breakfast was very good and fresh. Personnel super friendly. There also common terraces where you can sit and sip a glass of wine during sunset and just relax and enjoy the scenery.
