The large room with full kitchen. Serena went out of her way to help me get a pair of pants hemmed. Very responsive to questions and made excellent suggestions for travel to other sites. Very good value.

Altarocca is a beautiful place to stay while visiting Orvieto. The rooms are super comfortable and clean and the views are incredible. The spread at breakfast is varied. The restaurant produces excellent well presented meals accompanied by superb wines. The spa is an experience not to be missed. At every point the staff were very friendly and curtious. I look forward to my next visit

Hotel Duomo is just 15 steps up the stone stairway from Orvieto's majestic Gothic Cathedral. All rooms feature air conditioning, an LCD TV with DVD player, and a small table with 2 chairs. The breakfast was amazing. Can see that this is a family-run business and they try the best to keep the standard. They really treasure you as a guest. And, needless to say, it is seconds from the Duomo, the breathtaking cathedral, in Orvieto!

Hotel Il Palazzo is set in the left wing of Palazzo Bartocci Fontana, a 16th-Century building halfway between Assisi's Basilica of Saint Francis and Piazza del Comune square. It was at close proximity to the church and all other locations, very well maintained and clean property! The staff was amazing.
