The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Set in the heart of Orvieto in a historic building, La Magnolia is just 100 metres from the cathedral. It offers free bike rental and air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Unbelievably beautiful, kind staff. Breakfast came with the reservation. Right in center of town, but windows faced away from foot traffic so balcony and rooms were very quiet.

Hotel Duomo is just 15 steps up the stone stairway from Orvieto's majestic Gothic Cathedral. All rooms feature air conditioning, an LCD TV with DVD player, and a small table with 2 chairs. Centrally located. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. Loved it.

Hotel Il Palazzo is set in the left wing of Palazzo Bartocci Fontana, a 16th-Century building halfway between Assisi's Basilica of Saint Francis and Piazza del Comune square. Beautiful boutique hotel in central Assisi, sensational location, fabulous rooms, generous breakfast, lovely staff. I'd definitely recommend.

Set in the centre of Perugia along the main pedestrian street of Corso Vannucci, Hotel Locanda Della Posta offers accommodation in a historical building of the 18th century. The environment was very welcoming - calming - serene. The staff very accommodating. The breakfast had wonderful options and the breakfast room itself was very comfortable. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the historic centre of the city.
